A new chapter for Variphone!

We're proud to introduce our new CEO: Paul Raus.

Paul brings over 20 years of international leadership experience in medical devices, including roles at Cook Medical (oncology/endoscopy), Ambu (where he led the Benelux P&L and launched the first disposable duodenoscope), and bedal (VP Global Sales). Since this month, he's been putting that experience to work growing Variphone into a strong, internationally recognized player in professional hearing protection and custom in-ear audio solutions.
Under his leadership, we're strengthening our commercial organization, starting with our team.

We're hiring an Area Sales Manager Benelux to become the commercial face of Variphone in Belgium and the Netherlands: reaching out to new clients, deepening existing relationships, and coordinating our team of freelance audiologists.
